With over 17 years of industry experience in various senior management consulting, internal HR, L&D, OD roles, Chris blends his business smarts, practical experience and qualifications in psychology to every facilitation engagement. Chris is highly experienced organisational development, leadership and executive coach. He has led the development and delivery of significant interventions across different levels for organisations such as Shell, BHP-Billiton, Coles Group, Electrolux, Kronos, Datacom and ANZ Bank Chris’s professional career has seen him work across many continents, spending significant time working and living in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
He has held senior roles within organisations such as Shell and PwC and has worked with leadership teams at the highest levels in some of the world’s leading companies in their fields. Chris also has strong experience in advising, designing, and delivering strategic interventions such as restructures, HR processes, stakeholder management and communication, coaching and facilitation. In so doing, Chris helps leaders, front line staff and their organisations generate measurable business impact and effectively manage change. He brings this wealth of experience to his facilitation engagements to create context and life through story telling. Deep industry exposure includes sector roles in Oil and Gas,
Resources, Banking, Retail, NGO’s and Government.
