Making Stories Like Those In The Fairy Tale Books For Adults

By Sue Carpenter

Many ways exist when it comes to creating a novel, and the ways happen to be equal to the number of those who write them. A writer of fiction, which includes fairy tale books for adults, typically tries out other ideas on putting a book together, and in time, he will learn those methods considered as appropriate. A formula must not be utilized in the creating of a story, because you risk having later works made just like the one you made at first.

But beginners are exempted from this rule, and in fact, a formula can help you to start. By the time that you are finished with your initial draft, you may keep the ones that work. The rest can be replaced with writing steps of your own.

An initial step is the making of a short synopsis, probably one which has one paragraph. It needs to highlight what this story happens to be about. Other elements which you should include are the protagonist as well as the reasons why, in the story, she is the protagonist.

Also, you must have the primary issue in that story highlighted and how this would be resolved. You must know that you might not be able to have specific information supplied at first but there is no need of worrying. Such is because information that are missing would come anyway.

You must have your protagonist created properly, and you must write down each attributes that she has. The attributes include the way she looks, her past, how she thinks, the state of her emotions, and her hops. So the story can be considered successful, you should have a major characterization flaw put, and such a flaw needs to be that which the protagonist should overcome herself.

The novel has to be plot in three parts, and the first part is called the hook. This part is intended to have the reader hooked to your story and allows for the character background to be established. This must end in one event that will have the story turned in a direction that is not expected.

Plotting the second portion of the novel must be done next. Such a part needs to highlight the crisis faced by the protagonist over the said triggering event during the first part. There is a need for her to struggle in handling and overcoming the crisis and must end with her realization on why there is a need for her to solve the issue as it becomes worse.

Part three of the novel then should be made, and the problem, by then, should be at its worst possible point. Also, this has to show the way the main character herself will solve the problem. Know that she has to solve the problems of the story herself, and not have someone else solve it for her.

It has to be known that when it comes to this story type, and possibly in those fairy tale books for adults, each chapter must read just like mini books. You, however, should start with something that has the readers hooked and make sure of ending with a hook as well. An exemption is applicable to the final chapter, because it will have the whole tale closed.
