Overview
 
Poor employee health poses a significant threat to business. Absenteeism, staff turn over, and escalating healthcare costs directly impact the bottom line.

59% of employers expect to spend more on healthcare in 2012 and 81% worry over its blunting effect on competitiveness.

Employees in the region are increasingly exposed to major health risk factors including stress, sedentary jobs and lifestyle, insufficient sleep, poor diet, smoking, too much alcohol, not following medical care advice, and not taking any action to reduce or curb behaviors. These behaviors are quickly turning into some of the costliest health problems in the region today.

Methodology
 
This training uses a variety of approaches including individual assessments, trainer input and practical exercises. Participants will have time to address their individual concerns. The trainer is an expert in the field and thus has an extensive range of material at hand to respond to individual needs.

She has a background in Education, Psychology, EQ Management, NLP, Fitness and Body Awareness Methods. She has worked in such diverse fields as fashion, tourism and marketing before realizing her passion in personal development.
