2 Day Workshop "Being a Competent Manager"

- Intellectual, Emotional & Social Competence

Introduction
 
A confident and charismatic executive, manager-leader is a great asset for the company, as she or he can provide more business opportunities, managing and leading others to achieve greater results. He is able to delegate and give people independence and responsibility to accomplish their goals, as well provide the guidance and be the model in order to help them to do it. Becoming a talented manager doesn't happen just by having the title in a name card, but by mastering skills in knowing self-better, thus becoming more confident and charismatic; as well as in knowing how to communicate effectively and relate to others. Intellectual, Emotional and Social competence is all about understanding yourself and how other people react to you, and then using this knowledge to your advantage and better foster relationships. This 2-day programme will equip participants with a basic and essential knowledge about the art of effective intellectual and emotional communication, which will create a new awareness and understanding on how to connect better and build a more durable and healthy relationships with other team members for a better business result. It will also equip participants with a wealth of practical tools. The interactive training methodology will also provide one-to-one coaching through cases study, the best ways to retain information and motivate to practice all they have learned straight-away.
