SERVICE QUOTATION FOR STAFF PLACEMENT
We are pleased to quote you our service rates as follows:
(A) PERMANENT or CONTRACT (2 months and beyond) PLACEMENT
Agency Fee equivalent to
1) Basic Salary up to $2000
a) 65% of the successful candidate’s first month salary, for Office / Non-Technical positions
b) 70% of the successful candidate’s first month salary, for Technical / IT / Sales positions
2) Basic Salary from $2001 to $5000
70% of the successful candidate’s first month salary, for all positions.
3) Basic Salary from $5001 and beyond
80% of the successful candidate’s first month salary, for all positions.
Terms of Payment: 10 days from date of Invoice / upon candidate start work
(B) TEMPORARY or CONTRACT (below 2 months) PLACEMENT
Agency Fee: $300.
Terms of Payment: Immediate upon candidate start work
SERVICE GUARANTEE:
- This applies to Permanent Placement Service ONLY.
- SMART RECRUITMENT guarantees that the staff will work for a minimum period
of 1 (ONE) month and
- In the event that the staff resigns or found not suitable by the Employer within the one month trial period, SMART RECRUITMENT will undertake to find suitable replacement at no extra charge. Subject to a maximum of 1 (one) replacement. Failing which
- SMART RECRUITMENT will refund 50% of the Invoiced amount to the Employer, on the condition that the placement fee has been settled within 10 days from the date of the Invoice.
THE ABOVE CHARGES will apply to all short-listed candidates from our Agency, whom are being employed directly by the Clients within 6 months of the interview.
Term : This Service Quotation when accepted by the Employer shall be valid for 12 months from the last date of signing
