Leading Yourself to Lead Others - The Edge of "You" in Successfully Managing People

Introduction

Harvard Business Review says"In hard times, the soft stuff often goes away. But Emotional Intelligence, it turns out, isn't so soft. If emotional obliviousness jeopardizes your ability to perform, fend off aggressors, or be compassionate in a crisis, no amount of attention to the bottom line will protect your career. Emotional intelligence isn't a luxury you can dispense with in tough times. It's a basic tool that, deployed with finesse, is the key to professional success."

Understanding how emotions impact on communication, behaviors, overall results, relationships and well-being is essential for developing success in the workplace.

Elisabetta Franzoso - Coach, Trainer and Author of Stella's Mum Gets Her Groove Back.

An Introduction to the work together
  1. How many of you experience frustration when it comes to deeply connect or impact and influence environment at work and in team?

  2. How many of you experience the compulsive need of avoiding 'facing' challenging situations in conversation and relationships?

  3. How many really know what is 'being the best' or 'bringing out the best' in themselves?

  4. Do you want to build self-awareness and personal as well as professional effectiveness?

  5. Are you are willing to invest in learning how to manage yourself and others at work and in life?

  6. How much can you influence others and how?

In today's rapidly changing and competitive global technology, in order to create effective management of your 'Self' and 'Others' in the workplace or in life, it is imperative to build self-awareness and education about our communication: inside out!

This dynamic workshop will launch participants into new avenues in developing personal awareness and effectiveness to enhance their ability to develop and manage relationships with themselves and with others, at work and in life through the understanding of the importance of our internal and external communication.

Keeping in mind that people often juggle multiple and at times conflicting roles at home as well at work, this program offers insights and experiences which will introduce the 'basic principles' to enable individuals of any background and any age to lead a more balanced, dynamic and increasingly successful and healthy life.

Never like in today's business and working environment, has it become relevant to communicate clearly and sincerely your ideas, messages and feedback in order to be a successful communicator, leader or executive.

The 4 major aspects of communication will be there targeted in this powerful workshop where people will come to understand how their Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual Dimensions work together and are the foundation of our Thinking and Feeling, Acting, Speaking and Listening processes.

Tools for prompt action will be provided throughout the workshop to enable participants to continue their journey on their own.

Nurturing a positive mind by knowing ourselves from the inside out provides us the skills to bring out the 'best' of who we are, create powerful positive communication and, as a final result, build genuine connections with our boss, colleagues, employees, family members.

Remember:  building a powerful positive ' inside' can be done at any time in your life. No matter your age, sex or family, educational and cultural background!

Are you ready to take the first step?:-)
