Increase Your Creative & Problem Solving Power with Multi- Brains Thinking Methods for Success in a VUCAD world

Introduction

To do well in your present world characterised by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity and deception (VUCAD), you must increase your brain power to learn fast, handle the information overload, filter out the hoaxes and lies, making sense of the situations, solve problems effectively and to innovate to stay ahead of the copycats. The logical thinking method that you are trained in school and universities is not sufficient. You need a new way of thinking, the Multi-Brains methods, that make use of not just of your left analytical brain, but also your creative right intuitive brain, further assisted and extended by the digital
brain of your computer and to collaborate with brains of others.

This Multi-Brain methods uses visual thinking mind and concept mapping software as the digital brain to support our thinking for organizing, storing, reuse and expansion of our digital knowledge base. Mapping also serve as the communication and collaborative platform. Systematic Creative Thinking methods like TRIZ and BVITS will be taught. Such methods don't leave creativity to chance but are able to generate break-through ideas on demand. BVITS also provides a ideas generator software that give provocative propositions by-passing the thinking bias of your brain!

Computer software like Freemind/Freeplane for mind-mapping and CMap for Concept-minding will be taught and used to assist the thinking process and creating the Knowledge Base. Bring your PC or Mac laptop computers. iPad and Android Tablets can be used too but not ideal.
