Motivational Leadership – How To Be A Leader Who Motivates & Brings The Best Out of Others

10 April 2015

Why Should You Attend This Workshop?

What would it mean to have a 10%, 20% or 30% increase in team motivation? What would be the impact on your bottom line with an increase in team's motivation? Wouldn't it be nice (and profitable) if your team give their best willingly, without too much of a push from the management team, without the need to over-engineer the reward structure, job design, and performance review system?

Motivation is largely intrinsic; yet, we invest heavily in extrinsic benefits to motivate our employees. Successful and inspiring leaders understand the "secret" in leveraging intrinsic motivation to get people "out of the bed" every morning and feel committed to contribute more.

Consider why some great products were created with little extrinsic benefits. That's not to say the traditional "carrot and stick" (reward and punishment) approach does not work. It does. To derive at a higher level of motivation, however, requires leaders to move beyond the traditional approach and to adopt different approaches.

This program helps leaders to adopt a more effective lens in motivating others, flex their conversational styles, overcome workplace negativity and take actions that will see immediate results in the team's commitment.
