The skill of confidently conversing with others is a valuable asset to have; it can help you sell products and ideas, convince people and institutions to assist you, motivate your subordinates to trust and follow you, contribute to the company innovative process. This workshop will equip you with powerful conversational skills which will help you to connect better and inspire people to get the results you are looking for from them. Many people are interested in initiating good relationships with co-workers, and productive business networks, but they don't know how to start and maintaining it. Furthermore, feed-backs from senior corporate managers indicates that have subordinates such as supervisors, junior managers, emerging managers, contributing with ideas, personal creativity and own opinions, is one of the most challenging task they have to face: 'they simply don't know how to talk!'
