HR Performance Analytics With MS Excel [13-14 Oct'14]

Training and Development, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, organisational change programmes, performance improvement, job re-structuring and quality initiatives and many others.  These are just some of the many investments made in organisations and the question so many of the senior management ask is ‘ so what difference did it make to strategic, operational, financial and individual and team performance?’ ‘Was it worth it in terms of resources and effort, did we achieve the planned change, what performance improvement in measureable terms did it deliver?’

You can’t answer without good data and you won’t know what data to collect or how to interpret it unless you have HR Performance Analyticscapability within your team.
