OD Masterclass Series – The Impact of the OD Process and Methodology in Organisational Change [25-26 May'15]

25-26 May 2015

Organisation Development Masterclass Series

Global Training is proud to partner with Ms Judith Gail of Gail Consulting to offer a series of modular workshops on Organisation Development. These modules are especially designed for senior to mid-level Change Leaders, OD Leaders and Specialists as well as HR Leaders and Business Partners to be equipped with the necessary skills developed from well researched theories in this area.  Independent consultants are also highly encouraged to attend as Judith runs her own practice besides her institutional engagement and she would be able to share her experience and best practices approaching OD from the "outside-in".

Each module is designed and delivered based on the principles of Experiential Learning, so as to enable participants to not only learn from facilitator, but also from each other as everyone comes with their own experience and challenges.  Therefore participants and the facilitator are engaged in multiple learning dimensions while engaging with one another with most of the time spent on case studies and application of the theories to maximise learning and retention.
