Some special situations will warrant the successful cancellation of a camp. This can be expected whenever the enrollment to the camp is considered to be dismal in comparison to the forecasted numbers. The applicants will be eligible for a full refund of their application fees. Some students for one reason or another are never able to attend the summer camp. In such circumstances refunds are not given to these individuals. Most New Jersey summer programs will never use the charges of a session which was not attended to facilitate the registration in an upcoming one.
