1 day Meeting Minutes Made Easy Workshop - How to Prepare, Organize and Write Good Meeting Minutes with Speed and Clarity
 
Introduction
 
Meetings are important and an inevitable part of business; but like all business group discussion situations, conversations at meetings are often a complicated exchange of information and opinions, both relevant and irrelevant. An untrained person will find it extremely difficult to record minutes of meetings accurately, resulting in consequences that can be detrimental to the interest to the company.

On completing this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Apply the procedures for proper preparation for a meeting;
  • Use the principle and techniques of minutes taking so as to record the proceedings of the meeting accurately;
