With DNC Verified Database.
1. What is your service about?
We provide SMS service whereby we can send SMS advertising message on your behalf. All data are provided by us.
2. What are the profile of these people?
Our database consist mainly of Adults Singaporeans PMEs. They are not grouped by segments or geographical locations.
3. Is Your Service legal?
Yes, we fully complies with the Singapore legislation and laws enacted by the authorities/IDA. Our database are always updated and verified by DNC registry and comply with the Personal Data Privacy and Protection Act.
4. How do i know if your database are updated and DNC verified?
Upon your request, we can show you the receipt authenticated and date stamped by DNC,
5. What are the charges for your SMS service?
We send and charge in blocks of 10,000 smses. Each message is limited to 60characters. Our introductory offer rate is $650 for 10,000 sms. (normal rate is $800)
6. Will your database be overused? How do you acquire the database?
No. We have a large database of over 1million and take care to select and send out sms to fresh database for each customer. We acquire the local database over many years, mainly via lucky draws, feedback forms and exchange programs with other service/data providers.
7. How do i know you have sent out the sms?
It will take about 3-4 days to send out the 10,000 smses. Upon completion we will send out the Delivery Report which shows Date sent, No, Message. All unsuccessful sms sent will be replaced accordingly.
8. How do i start?
Send us your order via email, sms, Tel. with details of your Name/Company, Tel, Email & SMS message in 160characters.. We will send you our invoice. Our service will start within 1-2 days upon receipt of payment. A test message will be sent for your approval.
9. How do i make payment?
You can pay us by cheque or bank atm/transfer
