With a background in training, selling and acting, Vasu Dev is a man of many talents. He has worked with organizations like SIA, SingTel, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Manpower, SingHealth, CPF Board, Shell, KPMG, AIA Shared Values Services, AIA Insurance, Prudential Shared Services, Great Eastern Life, DiGi, BURSA Malaysia, Media Prima, Petronas, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, AAK, SCOPE, Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad (MNRB) and many others.
With over 12 years experience facilitating and studying teams, he is the originator of the SPEARS framework for building highly cohesive and effective teams. He is an energetic, engaging and charismatic facilitator.
After a six year career with the Singapore Air Force, he joined Prudential Assurance Company in 1989. But his mentoring instincts were calling and he began designing and conducting training programs for children and adults from 2004.
Working with people on every level - from blue collar to senior leadership, his training ethos is to help his learners gain empowering distinctions about themselves so that they can do more for themselves and for their organizations.
When he is not in the room motivating your team, he can be found, in the gym, or sketching, or cooking super-amazing foods for his wife and friends.
