A confident and charismatic executive, manager-leader is a great asset for the company, as she or he can provide more business opportunities, managing and leading others to achieve greater results. This 2-day programme will equip participants with a basic and essential knowledge about the art of effective intellectual and emotional communication, which will create a new awareness and understanding on how to connect better and build a more durable and healthy relationships with other team members for a better business result. It will also equip participants with a wealth of practical tools.
