We are specialized in providing placement of full time positions with skills including office services, accounting, customer service, information technology, engineering, sales and marketing, etc.

We offer reasonable rates with service warranty of 1-month trial with 2 free replacements.

Our service rates as follow :  

(A)    PERMANENT or CONTRACT (2 months and beyond) PLACEMENT 

 Agency Fee equivalent to  

1)     Basic Salary up to $2000 

a)     60% of employee’s first month salary, for office /non-technical positions

b)    70% of employee’s first month salary, for technical /IT /Sales Engineer positions 

2)     Basic Salary from $2001 to $5000 

      70% of employee’s first month salary, for all positions include Technical /IT/Sales  

      Engineer positions. 

3)   Basic Salary from $5001 and beyond 

80% of employee’s first month salary, for all positions include Technical / IT/

 Sales Engineer positions 

 

Terms of Payment  : 7 days from date of Invoice/upon candidate start work

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE :

This applies to Permanent Placement Service ONLY.

SMART RECRUITMENT guarantees that the staff  will work for a

minimum period of 1 (ONE) month.·     

In the event that the staff resigns or found not suitable by the Employer within the one month trial period, SMART Recruitment will undertake to find suitable replacement at no extra charge.

Subject to a maximum of 2(two) replacements.

If we are unable to find suitable replacement, SMART RECRUITMENT will refund 50% of the Invoiced amount to the Client, on the condition that the placement fee has been settled within 7 days from the date of the Invoice.
