We are specialized in providing placement of full time positions with skills including office services, accounting, customer service, information technology, engineering, sales and marketing, etc..

We offer reasonable rates with service warranty. Our 2014 service rates as follow :

 

(A)    PERMANENT or CONTRACT (2 months and beyond) PLACEMENT  

           Agency Fee equivalent to

  

1)     Basic Salary up to $2000

        a)    65% of employee’s first month salary, for office /non-technical positions

        b)    70% of employee’s first month salary, for technical /IT /Sales  positions

 

2)     Basic Salary from $2001 to $5000

        70% of employee’s first month salary, for all positions include Technical /IT/Sales.

 

3)     Basic Salary from $5001 and beyond

        80% of employee’s first month salary, for all positions include Technical / IT/Sales.

        

Terms of Payment  : 10 days from date of Invoice/upon candidate start work

 

(B)   Temporary or Contract (below 2 months): Agency Fee of $300

 

SERVICE GUARANTEE :

Ø  This applies to Permanent Placement Service ONLY.

Ø  SMART RECRUITMENT guarantees that the staff  will work for a minimum period

Ø  of 1 (ONE) month and…

Ø  In the event that the staff resigns or found not suitable by the Employer within the one month trial period, SMART Recruitment will undertake to find suitable replacement at no extra charge. Subject to a maximum 1(one) replacements. Failing which….

Ø  SMART RECRUITMENT will refund 50% of the Invoiced amount to the Client, on the condition that the placement fee has been settled within 10 days from the date of the Invoice.
