  4. Identifying the roles of the Actors in the Sales Drama.
  5. The makings of a Quality Sales Call.
  6. Developing a Plan for the Sales Call.
  7. Developing the Feature-Benefit preposition.
  8. Defining the Unique Selling Preposition from the competition.
  9. Effective questioning techniques to probe for needs (pain points).
  10. Formulating the needs analysis questions.
  11. Formulating the 'Elevator Pitch'.
  12. Effective listening skills - the difference between hearing and listening.
  13. Anticipating objections and how to handle and overcome them.
  14. Preparing effective closing techniques to secure the orders.

A highly interactive adult-focused program with plenty of real-life scenario discussions, sharing, role-plays, games, quizzes and questions/constructive feedback sessions.
