Learning To Forgive

By Evan Sanders

In all real things, there's truly some madness.

Without a little bit of madness your life is going to lack depth. Without depth, you're going to feel disconnected from what you could truly be. When you find yourself disconnected, you end up being lost.

I think you're starting to get the idea.

The amazing thing about life is what happens when you find people to surround yourself with who believe in you, support you, encourage you, and help you become the best version of yourself you can possibly be. These people will bring the best out in you and be there for you through the thick and the thin.

If you happen to come across people who believe in the beauty of your dreams, hold onto them as long as you can because they don't come along that often. Those confidants are people who believe in what you are capable of and see you for what you could be, not just as the person you are now.

It's truly rare to have a handful of honest and loving people who legitimately support you in your endeavors. These people whisper words of belief into your heart like no one else can and make you feel like whatever you are dreaming of is actually possible. These people see you as "perfectly imperfect" and drive wisdom and determination into the cracks of your soul.

While having amazing people in your life is crucial towards your happiness and success, there's another aspect of life that you must dive into as well. Forgiveness.

Learn to forgive people.

Many miracles can be found in the world of forgiveness. It's inevitable that people are going to make mistakes in this world, but when you really stop to take a look at how complicated we all are, is it really much of a surprise? Making mistakes is just part of living.

Forgive them anyway.

Life isn't a black and white movie. Knowing this, it's a miracle that we even get along in the first place. Mistakes happen over and over again and it's a natural part of life. Sure some are going to hurt more than others, but we get to make the decision to give ourselves and another a gift of healing instead of living in pain.

Deep inside of you, no matter what the situation was, you have the ability to forgive another and move forward. When you forgive someone, you set both of your worlds free.

That's where miracles happen.

That's when miracles happen.
