Market Your Articles And See Great Results

By Mandie Gormanous

Internet marketing is a growing trend among established companies and people just starting out. Article marketing is one of the best ways to get people to your website. Read on for some tips and advice to get you started.

Assemble articles into an e-book. This is a great way to re-use and repackage work that you have already done. After you've published a few articles, take the most popular ones and package them into an e-book that you can give away or sell for a tidy little profit.

A good tip for successful Internet marketing is to complete title tags for your site correctly. Include keywords which relate to your title. Your title tag also should be different from other tags on your sites. Although it may sound risky, one good way to market your business on the internet is by contradicting the masses. Stir up some controversy by denouncing a popular brand. Criticize someone famous and, preferably, well-liked. Take a dig at a trendy website. Before long, everyone whose feathers you ruffled will be linking to your site and discussing it on blogs and forums nationwide.

Be sure your article is both useful and accurate. Check your information before you submit your article. You do not want to post outdated or incorrect information or else you risk losing your reliability and credibility. Invalid information is a key issue that is found mostly in articles posted on disreputable article directories.

Rewrite your original article, or hire someone to do it for you. This article should be totally unique, high-quality, and optimized for your keyword. Be sure to write a compelling author's resource box that contains two backlinks to your site, one pointed to your main domain, and one to the original article. Submit the rewrite to EzineArticles.com. Once your article is published there, you will have your own author's RSS feed. Each article that is approved on Ezine will ping your author's feed.

It is of the utmost importance to create keywords relevant to the topic of your article if you want your article to be viewed by a lot of people. If you do not put in these relevant keywords, your article is not going to get many views, meaning you did all that hard work for nothing!

To start article marketing, write an original article for your website, making sure it is optimized for your primary keywords and 400-500 words in length. You will want this to be a high quality, well written article as it will be the foundation for more articles to follow. Submit the article to all the major RSS feeds. Once the article is published on your website, ping your website's RSS feed.

As you have just read above, there are many ways you may have never thought of when it comes to writing and distributing your articles, in order to entice traffic or to promote your website. If you can follow these methods, you can start to increase your business's size and profile in no time.

Pearl Harbor Historian Divergent Views On The Incident

By Tanisha Berg

Historians have been known to agree on various occasions. The incident at Pearl Harbor brought contradictions among historians. This incident was the day that Japan launched on an attack on American naval base during the Second World War. This launch was in Hawaii and it aroused America to exact revenge. There were many questions raised by citizens. Among them was whether the nation knew of the attack, whether it was unprovoked and if it was a deliberate plan to make Japan force America into war. Pearl Harbor historian Charles A Beard was among the first to question the official version.

Beard in his book upheld that United States deliberated the move to leave Japan with no choice other than launching the attack. This move was by America cutting off Japan from accessing raw materials. The materials were very important to Japan for its military adventure. This forced them to strike even though it was a risk as the action would arouse the United States. In any way, the government must have had the knowledge of attack in before.

Thomas Fleming in his book argues that President Roosevelt deliberately and deceitfully forced America into war with Japan. Basil Rauch in his book refuted the argument by Beard, saying that America did not know of any attack in advance. It however knew that there would be an attack somewhere. America though had made some efforts to challenge Japan to take the first shot.

More varying views came from Richard N. Current concerning the attack. In his book, it is true that Stimson had anticipated a possible attack though not in America. An attack would be launched in the Pacific where possessions of the Dutch and Britain belonged.

He argued that Stimson had no intension of maneuvering Japan to attack America but rather to attack on the possession which would be perceived to be an attack on America and the congress would approve a war declaration.

Roberta Wohlstetter thought of this issue on a different perspective. She did not put much weight on whether America wanted an attack or did not want it. She talked of the question as to whether the government had some information of the attack before it happened. Her conclusion was that the government had warning, enough to anticipate the possibility of attack. It however interpreted this evidence incorrectly.

Admiral Edwin questioned the intelligence of America on the incident in his memoir. Gordon W. Prange alleged that the administration of Roosevelt was responsible for making a mistake and interpreting the intentions of Japan incorrectly. He argued the government had enough information to predict it but failed. However, Edwin refuted the claims that the president took a deliberate move to force Japan into war.

Lastly, claims emerged later long after the incident. This was from John Toland who in his book alleged that the navy had information about the attack after fresh evidence came up. He was convinced that the president had known the possibility of it happening and yet allowed it as he knew that this would arouse the nation. However, Toland like fellow writers could not give enough evidence.

Learning About The Best Sci Fi Books

By Tanisha Berg

Fiction fairy tales have over the years been passed from one generation to another in different locations across the globe which has consequently impacted the perceptions of different people and basically how they make their decision. Moreover, artists have taken up these tales and turned them into creative works which have made it as the best sci fi books in the world.

With most of these stories having a storyline that ends with a hero saving the day, this has attracted a great deal of young fans who emulate these personalities wanting to be like them. In other words, kids grow up impersonating this figure which to some extent is good as most of them are seen to be loyal, kind, confident, compassionate and other likable qualities.

Moreover, there are also grownups who are die-hard fans of these fiction stories and some of them even go an extra mile to show their love for these works by adapting a lifestyle like that which matches that of the personality they are impersonating. Some people refer to them as geeks but all they are, are people who love these creative works.

A good fiction is one that is believable and has references that support the works behind the story. This can be achieved by using supporting known theories to make the story more convincing. Writers have embraced this trend and are now producing works that are convincing by mostly drawing the basis of their stories from well known factual theories but goes ahead to draw more meaning to this.

Over the decades, it has been evident that authors and movie writers have story-lines that are more focused on habitation of aliens on planet earth and human habitation in other planets. With their consistency in providing accurate information regarding the subjects they cover, people have began to believe these stories as they seem factual and have well grounded basis.

In most cases, religious beliefs are always in conflict with science fiction as they have viewpoints that contradict each other; for instance, religious beliefs explains the existence of the human race as a creation by God while fiction on the other hand draws the differences making certain beliefs real and achievable.

At this age in time where information sharing has been made easier and efficient through the availability of the internet and other media, people are more informed and resilient in seeking any information that may seem contracting to what people have been meant to belief. This is however meant to draw facts that ensure that people believe in real things and not just fairy tales.

Creativity at this age in time has significantly grown especially in regards to the quality of these products created. This has been as a result of the growth of the industry and more so the advancement of technology whereby visual graphics are meant to look more real making it harder to differentiate real videos from fiction ones. This amount of quality is what the industry is producing and tries as much as possible to keep up with the set standards.

Discover A New Genre With The Best Science Fiction Books

By Annabelle Holman

With the sheer variety of literary genres, it's almost surprising that so many book lovers get stuck reading only one type of book. Some serious readers even go so far as to read only novels that have won a slew of prizes or are considered classics and they won't think about reading a 'light' genre such as sci-fi. Little do they know that many of the award-winning classics they prefer are also some of the best science fiction books in history.

Science fiction, or sci-fi as most people call it, usually describes an imaginary world where science and technology feature prominently. Sometimes they focus on that science and technology but some sci-fi books tend to focus more on the structure of the society they're about. There are many different types of novel within the genre, from space fiction to fiction set in a post-apocalyptic world. The authors come up with highly imaginative ideas but there have been instances where these books were actually predictions of the future.

Sci-fi has a long history, with authors as far back as the 2nd century already beginning to explore it. Many later sci-fi experts say that the genre really started early in the 17th century with the publication of Johannes Kepler's novel 'Somnium'. Some of the classics from the 18th and early 19th century were really sci-fi too, including Jonathan Swift's timeless adventure story 'Gulliver's Travels' and Mary Shelley's dark novel 'Frankenstein'.

Toward the end of the 19th century, technological innovation inspired several writers. Jules Verne was one, with novels that explored travel into the depths of the planet or deep underneath the sea. Another writer who, like Verne, had a huge influence on later writers was H. G. Wells, author of works such as 'The Time Machine', 'The Island of Doctor Moreau' and 'The War of the Worlds'.

Two famous sci-fi authors are Arthur C. Clarke and Isaac Asimov. George Orwell's thought-provoking 'Nineteen Eighty-Four' can be classified as sci-fi too, falling under the subgenre of dystopian novels. Aldous Huxley's ideas in 'Brave New World' begin to sound less like fiction and more like science when you look at advances in cloning technology.

Many writers who aren't normally known for sci-fi have written classics in the genre. Mark Twain did it with 'A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court', featuring time travel. Alfred, Lord Tennyson wrote some sci-fi poems. Among the Nobel Prize laureates who explored sci-fi themes are British writer Doris Lessing, Argentinian writer Jorge Luis Borges and Portuguese writer Jose Saramago.

Many sci-fi novels have been made into movies. They include several film versions of 'Frankenstein', 'Planet of the Apes' and the works of Jules Verne. Other classics include 'The Andromeda Strain', the 'Jurassic Park' series, 'A Clockwork Orange', '2001: A Space Odyssey', 'Dune' and 'A Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe'.

To find great sci-fi novels, you can ask at your local library or bookstore. Even better is to check online booksellers. In this way you can read the reviews first, because like in any other genre, there are great works but also ones that are terrible.
